Host Taylor Weech interviews Washington CAN Spokane regional organizer Randy Ramos and WA CAN leader and teacher at the Salish School of Spokane Taylor Birdtail about their upcoming campaign and actions around the 2015 Gender Pay Equity Report from the City of Spokane. They discuss some of the findings in the report, what they mean for women and particularly women of color, and what we can do about it.
